Win a Trip to London!
As part of the upcoming "Tower Tailgate" Benefit, we are raffling off a 4-night all-inclusive trip for two to London! Proceeds from the Benefit raffle fund the Cultural Enrichment program for students and the Professional Development program for faculty It's a win-win—a great prize for a great cause!
Here's how it works:
- We are only selling 250 tickets at $100 a ticket. They will sell out so act quickly!
- Tickets have been distributed to our ticket sellers. To purchase, click on a name below. A limited number of tickets will also be available to purchase through the front office.
- The raffle is open to the public. Spread the word to family, friends, neighbors and colleagues!
- The drawing will take place at the "Tower Tailgate" Benefit on Saturday, April 6, 2024. The winner does not need to be present and will be notified by Monday, April 8, 2024.
- The total value of the prize is $5,900.
- The trip must begin before December 31, 2025.
- Your trip will be booked directly with Rob Goodwin of Stone & Compass, a local boutique travel company, who will customize the all-inclusive trip for the winning bidder.

Tower is proud to partner with a local boutique tour company, Stone & Compass, to offer this unique tour of London. Stone & Compass has no extra fees associated with any trip. All flights (from/to any major east coast airport), lodging, food, site seeing, guides, and insurances are covered in our cost. The only extra cost to our travelers is money for gifts and maybe an extra Cadbury Dairy Milk Bar or two!
Trip will be booked directly between winning ticket holder and Rob Goodwin of Stone and Compass.
Below is the itinerary of the trip being offered. Stone and Compass will work with the raffle winner to make this trip an experience of a lifetime!
DAY 1: THURSDAY | TRAVEL DAY
We depart from the United States to London.
DAY 2: FRIDAY | ARRIVAL IN LONDON
Upon reaching the hotel, take a moment to relax before setting out for an exhilarating day of discovering London. We will start our day at the Tower of London and take a tour to learn about the history of this iconic fortress. Next, we will walk across Tower Bridge and enjoy the panoramic views of the city.
Later, we will take a stroll through Covent Garden and enjoy the street performers, shops, and restaurants. Conclude the day with a delightful welcome dinner, indulging in the delectable flavors that London has to offer.
DAY 3: SATURDAY | TAILGATING SOCCER EXPERIENCE
Gear up for an unforgettable soccer experience with a thrilling day of tailgating. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere, pre-game festivities, and camaraderie as you prepare to cheer for your favorite team. Get ready for a day filled with excitement and the electrifying spirit of soccer fandom.
The exact match you'll attend will be determined by your team preference, time of travel and other possible restrictions.
DAY 4: SUNDAY | ROYAL LONDON EXPLORATION
Commence the day at Buckingham Palace to witness the iconic Changing of the Guard ceremony. Following this, take a leisurely stroll through the picturesque St. James's Park, relishing in its breathtaking scenery. Continue the historical journey with a visit to Westminster Abbey, a site steeped in royal coronations and burials. In the afternoon, explore the grandeur of the House of Parliament and admire the iconic Big Ben. As evening approaches, indulge in a traditional British pub dinner, rounding off the day with a taste of authentic local cuisine.
DAY 5: MONDAY | WESTMINSTER ABBEY
Westminster, is an Anglican church in the City of Westminster, London, England. Since 1066, it has been the location of the coronations of 40 English and British monarchs, and a burial site for 18 English, Scottish, and British monarchs. Later this Afternoon we will visit Piccadilly Circus is a road junction and public space of London's West End in the City of Westminster. It was built in 1819 to connect Regent Street with Piccadilly.
Later, we will visit the British Museum and see its impressive collection of world - renowned artifacts, including the Rosetta Stone.
DAY 6: TUESDAY | TRAVEL DAY
Depart London and fly home. (Winning bidder may choose to extend their trip at their own expense.)
