Hello Club T.E.D. Families,

I'd like to fill in some details from yesterday's email from Jen Dorsey about this afternoon's Ice Cream Social. The event is meant to be an inclusive one, and we want as many students and families to participate as possible. We have been creating a way for Club T.E.D. students to enjoy the spirit and fruits of the afternoon, while still ensuring that the supervision standards of a Tower program are met. As many of you know, the Social is a sprawling, all ages affair. Club T.E.D. students will participate in a way that allows us to keep appropriate track of them.

We also want to make sure parents picking their children up at Club T.E.D. have the same organized experience as on other days.

Due to space restraints, soccer has been canceled and will either be made up or reimbursed to families of students in that club.

We look forward to today's opening event with the TSPA. Thanks to Erica Stella and her corps of volunteers for all its work.
