"MINDFULNESS FOR THE REST OF US: BEING PRESENT BY CHOICE" Tuesday, March 6, 2018, 7-9pm Mindfulness consultant, Peter Franklin, provides training to Tower's faculty to further our understanding of what mindfulness is, how to lead our students in their mindfulness practice, and the benefits of practicing mindfulness. Scientific research confirms that students who practice mindfulness become more attentive, productive and emotionally sound. More information is to come about the topics that Peter Franklin will cover during our community-wide speaker series event. Please look to future Spotlight posts and Facebook for details, including how to sign up for this free event.
