Tower’s teachers are the backbone of our educational program. When you visit the school, talk with our teachers. You’ll experience their dedication and passion firsthand.

Broadly educated and energetic, our teachers are highly knowledgeable in their fields and skilled in their crafts. They know how to challenge students to go beyond comfortable limits; simultaneously, they know how and when to be supportive by providing extra help
or a kind word.

The faculty values the involvement of parents in their child’s education. Regular communication between teachers and parents is an essential part of a student’s educational progress.

Our teachers develop our curriculum based upon experience, research, discussion, and an understanding of the fact that we enroll talented and motivated students. In their lessons, they use a variety of approaches to engage and motivate students: they may move a class from theory to practice, or from practice to theory; they may also employ current technology, manipulatives, direct-life experiences, or off-campus learning opportunities. Regardless of the technique used, Tower’s teachers carefully craft their lessons to convey factual knowledge, develop academic and study skills, and expand higher-level cognitive functions.
