The Deadline for Financial Aid Materials is February 1, 2013. Applications received after this time will be considered when complete.

Financial Aid Checklist:
1. Go to the NAIS/SSS website: http://sss.nais.org/ and fill out a Parent Financial Statement (PFS).

2. Gather the following forms:
2012 W-2 forms for both parents, 2012 Tax Return (include all schedules) If your 2012 taxes are not complete, send in 2011. Financial aid awards are not final until we receive your 2012 tax return.
3.Mail the copies of all forms to one of the following addresses.
SSS will upload them to a secure server. Tower will access them online.
